  惠普成功的落户使得斗门的第三产业呈现跨越式的发展,值得关注的是,斗门区现有可连片式开发的土地约100平方公里,在珠海口东岸地区土地日趋饱和的现实条件下,珠海斗门大量的连片面积土地资源成为许多城市所羡慕的后发优势,而规划用地总面积达151 59平方公里的富山工业园区,目前的开发程度也只到一半左右。
  今年6月,斗门区人民政府与华发集团签订协议,引入“产业城一体、融合发展,政府主导、企业运作”开发模式,加快富山工业园产业新城建设,预计用3-5年时间投资500亿元建成一座“产城互动”的绿色产业新城,以彻底改变园区城市综合配套滞后的现状。此外珠海科技创意产业园将于近期在斗门动工,总投资达60亿,完工后预计引入60家余家大中型企业,产业园规划包含企业总部、5A级写字楼、五星级商务酒店、高端商业配套、涉外行政公寓等元素,融合高端办公、居住、消费为一体的总部基地和科技研发中心园区。
